Pastor Brenda Wood is the lead pastor of Word of Life Ministries International, Riverside, CA. She is married to Major Ross Wood, US Army Chaplain. For over 20 years Brenda has dedicated her life to serving God and the community. Brenda graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA with a MA in Theology and MSMFT Marriage and Family Therapy. She works as a marriage and family therapist for The Relationship Warehouse in Riverside. Brenda is the Southwest Regional Director and International Prayer Director for ICFM. She is the National Day of Prayer Southern Regional Coordinator for San Bernardino/Riverside/ Imperial and San Diego counties and organizes the National Day of Prayer event in Riverside, CA for city leaders. She has served on the Board of Directors of Path of Life Ministries a non-profit agency committed to serving the Riverside homeless, challenged youth and family population with the goal to rescue, restore and rebuild lives. She also served on the Health to Hope board of directors, a non-profit that provides healthcare to low income and homeless population. She currently serves on the Riverside Republican Women Federation Board as the Legislative/Voter Registration Chair. She is a member of the Riverside Republican Party and serves as an alternate delegate for the Riverside Republican Central Committee. Brenda is an active lobbyist for pro-life, pro-family, pro-Israel and pro-America legislation. Called to be a voice in government, Brenda is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution as well as a direct descendant of Richard Warren, who signed the Mayflower Compact. She fights for the freedoms of Americans and believes in the Constitution of the United States. Brenda is a firm believer of knowing who you are in Christ and staying on the path God has called you to and she encourages all believers to stand in faith knowing God will bring to pass what He has promised.

Chaplain Ross Wood is the Co-Founder of Word of Life Ministries and has just returned from a 3 year deployment to Saudi Arabia. He was the Chaplain for OPM-SANG which has a FMS mission under USASAC.

Prior to his deployment, Chaplain Ross was mobilized on active duty to Fort Bliss, Texas as the only Conus Replacement Center chaplain in the Army. Chaplain Wood performs or provides religious services for Soldiers, Department of Defense personnel, Civilian Contractors and their families as they prepare to deploy to austere environments around the globe. Chaplain Wood is endorsed and ordained by International Convention of Faith Ministries and holds an earned Masters Degree in Biblical Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena CA.
